2025 69th Class Reunion
Hi Colts!
Here we go again to have a little gathering together for 2025. This will be our 69th year. Anyway, we are planning on October 9th. a Thursday and will meet at 11:00 AM and stay until around 3 PM, just like last year. We will bring our own sandwiches. Remember Capri Deli, 713 E. San Bernardino or Claro’s Deli, 159 College Ave. for sandwiches if you like that approach. Elaine will probably bring some extra food, I suspect. We will go to the San Bernardino end of the park to the same tables. Bring your drinks but there is water at the park.
The big change for this year is that the class of 1957 is planning on being there at the same time as we are. Brenda Lane Newbold is in charge of their arrangements. 626-331-5280
So, mark your calendars. Please, please email me back right away so I know whether you are planning to come. That is just so helpful. and tell me what is up at present.
I am thinking the south area group with Marilyn Rounds, 951-303-1965, Bob Clark 949-589-6525, Gary Beavers 805-481-4432, Ken Stowe 909-336-1302 might get together and rent a Lift or Uber and come together. since there are some driving and health limitations in that group. Don’t know if you tell them you will want a ride back in the P.M. if they will cut you a deal. Pete Inman 949-725-0157 and Toni Decker 760-408-0408 might consider the same arrangement.
Bring old pictures, hobby photos, quilt pictures, family, things you have written you are willing to share. Those are a lot of fun and in will get them out of your closet for the first time in years. We just have to make some effort as well as the trip.
